Role Summary
As a Technical Solutions Manager your primary responsibility will be getting our Enterprise customers successfully onboarded onto the Medallion platform. You will directly build integrations, migrate large data into Medallion and develop documentation and tools to make these processes more efficient as the business grows. You will engage hands-on with customers during a critical phase in their customer journey and collaborate with colleagues in Customer Success, Operations, EPD, and Sales.
