Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced backend and infrastructure engineer to help take a web service from working to production-grade — reliable, observable, and ready to scale to millions of developers. The role involves owning the backend and infrastructure that the tools depend on, taking services from prototype to production, and building the Git hosting layer. The work includes productionizing and scaling web services, designing and operating infrastructure on AWS, setting up observability, owning CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, and ensuring security and disaster recovery.
