Role Summary
As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within Synthesia's 40+ person R&D department to help define and drive broad research vision across teams, design and implement critical components of multimodal generative models, particularly combining text, audio, and video into real-time interactive experiences. You will work on voice-to-voice models with natural conversational abilities, propose novel architectures, develop streaming conversational systems, and ship models to production while addressing customer feedback.
