Refund Policy

The Search Pass is a one-off payment of €69 that unlocks the AI career features for 90 days. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no further charge is ever made.

Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, under which Stripe is the merchant of record — the legal seller of the Search Pass, responsible for billing and for remitting any applicable VAT.

Checkout is presented under the Link brand. That means:

• Your purchase confirmation shows the pass as “Sold through Link”.
• Your bank or card statement reads LINK.COM* rather than Hirelihood.
• You can review your purchase and receipt at link.com, and reach Link’s support at support.link.com.

If you do not recognise a LINK.COM* charge, it is very likely this pass. Please contact us at support@hirelihood.com before disputing it with your bank — we can identify the purchase and refund it faster than a chargeback can.

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Search Pass immediately, you consent to the service beginning within that period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

Email support@hirelihood.com with the email address you bought the pass with. You do not need an order number — we can find the purchase from your account.

• We aim to reply within two business days.
• A refund ends the pass: access to the AI career features stops, and your account returns to the free plan, which stays free with no time limit.
• A partial refund also ends the pass in full — the Search Pass is one indivisible 90-day entitlement rather than a metered balance.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
