Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hirelihood, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ([JURISDICTION]). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hirelihood.

Hirelihood is a career-intelligence service that tracks companies hiring remote engineers, sources roles directly from company career pages, and scores each role against your profile — including a personal interview-likelihood estimate. Paid (“Pro”) features add AI assistance across the job search, from application drafts to offer evaluation.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.
• You may close your account at any time.

Match scores, interview-likelihood estimates, salary benchmarks, hiring-window signals, and all AI-generated content (drafts, prep briefs, coaching, offer evaluations) are informational aids, not guarantees. They are estimates based on available data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may be filled or removed without notice. You are responsible for your own application decisions, and any content you send. Hirelihood does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or any specific outcome.

• The core experience — scored feed, personal match scores, and radar — is free with no time limit.
• The Search Pass is a one-off payment of €69 that unlocks the AI career features for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• The Search Pass is not a subscription. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no further charge is made — access simply ends when the 90 days elapse. You may buy another pass at any time.
• Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record and the seller of record for the transaction, including any applicable VAT. Checkout is presented under the Link brand: your purchase shows as "Sold through Link" and your bank or card statement reads LINK.COM*, not Hirelihood.
• EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Search Pass immediately you consent to the service beginning within that period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. See our Refunds page for how to request one.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell our job data or scores, or attempt to reconstruct our index.
• Use the service to send spam, harass others, or violate the terms of any third-party platform (for example, when contacting hiring managers).
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.

The service, including our aggregated data, scoring models, and software, belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You retain ownership of the profile content you provide and the AI outputs generated for you, and you are responsible for how you use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirelihood is provided “as is” without warranties, and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on scores, estimates, or AI content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will revise the effective date and, for material changes, notify you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
