Which red flags are in this job posting?
Some phrases in job ads are load-bearing. Paste the description and we will show you the ones that appeared, quoted from your text, with what each one usually stands in for.
How to read the result
A single phrase means very little. Good teams write “fast-paced” without thinking about it. What is worth noticing is a posting that leans on several at once, especially where a number should have been — “competitive salary” instead of a range, “meaningful equity” instead of a percentage. Take them to the first call, while asking is still free.
What it is not: a verdict on the employer, and not a guarantee. We check a finite, hand-written list of phrases, so finding none means none of ours appeared — not that the job is fine. A badly run team can write a tidy job ad.
